e-LMS is the system you use to submit a Mailing Statement, track its progress, retrieve Pricing Statement details and enquire about your existing Mailing Statements. e-LMS is intended for both mail originators (the customer) and mail generators (the mailing house). e-LMS is also used by Australia Post internal users to assist customers, approve Mailing Statements and manage e-LMS data.
To use e-LMS, you must have a valid e-LMS
user account.
Type your Username and Password in the fields displayed.
Click the button.
Please contact your e-LMS Administrator for assistance.
Check that you have typed in the correct Username and Password. These fields are case sensitive, so you must use both upper and lower case letters.
If you are still having problems, your account has probably expired, or has been suspended. Please contact your e-LMS Administrator for assistance.

To display e-LMS online

You can select a topic from the contents listed on the left of the help
